30例甲状腺癌手术治疗分析

Analysis of OperationTreatment of 30 Patients with Thyroid Carcinoma

目的：探究分析甲状腺癌手术的治疗效果。方法：选自我院2008年-2012年收治的20例进行手术治疗的甲状腺癌患者，对他们的临床资料以回顾性的方法进行分析。结果：在20例患者当中，进行一侧腺叶切除加上峡部切除手术的患者有6例；进行一侧腺叶、峡部切除以及对侧腺叶大部切除手术的患者有9例；进行一侧腺叶、峡部切除、对侧大部切除以及同侧颈淋巴结清扫手术患者有4例；进行甲状腺全切除患者有1例。患者在进行手术之后，全部都进行1年以上随访，其中有1例患者死于转移，其余19例患者全部存活。在进行手术前后患者的促甲状腺激素存在显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：为分化型的甲状腺癌的预后效果达不到预料中的效果，其它类型的，在对患者的年龄、病理类型、转移度基础还有病程等一般资料进行综合考虑，然后有针对性的选择手术方式，能够获得理想的治疗效果。

Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of thyroid carcinoma operation.Methods：20 cases with thyroid carcinoma operation treatment were selected in our hospital from 2008 to 2012,the clinical data of their were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Among the 20 patients,were underwent lateral thyroid adenectomy plus lateral excision of thyroid isthmus operation on patients with 6 cases;for the lateral thyroid adenectomy,lateral excision of thyroid isthmus and contra-lateral total adenectomy in 9 cases;for the lateral thyroid adenectomy,lateral excision of thyroid isthmus , contra-lateral total adenectomy and homo-lateral jugular lymph node clearing operation in 4 cases;total thyroidectomy in 1 cases.Patients in the operation,all were followed up for more than 1 years,of which 1 patients died of metastasis,19 patients survived the rest.In the before and after the operation of thyroid stimulating hormone in patients with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For the prognosis of differentiated thyroid cancer is not up to the expected effect, other types of patients, age, pathological type, degree and duration of transfer data base were considered, and the way of operation, can achieve ideal treatment effect.
