下肢静脉曲张术后凝血状态变化观察

The Changes of Blood Coagulation in Varicose Veins Patients Undergoing Surgical Approaches

目的:观察下肢静脉曲张患者采用不同术式后凝血状态的变化。方法:40例静脉曲张患者分为两组,分别采用传统抽剥方法与高位结扎腔内激光方法进行治疗,观察患者手术前后凝血机能状态的变化。结果:术后两组患者都出现凝血酶原时间延长,活化的部分凝血活酶时间缩短,纤维蛋白原及D二聚体升高,但两组间相比与组内术前术后结果相比均无明显差异。结论:静脉曲张患者两种术式后机体凝血状态无大变化,手术不增加下肢静脉血栓形成的风险。

Objective：To observe the changes of blood coagulation in lower limbs superficial varicosity patients undergoing different surgical approaches. Methods：40 selected cases were divided into traditional stripping group and high ligation combined Endovenous laser group. Changes of pre-and postoperative haemotasis parameters and clinical performances were observed.Results：In both groups,prothrombin time（PT） prolonged,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）diminished,Fbgrinogen （Fbg） and D-dimer（D-D） increased after operation, There were no significantly changes not only compared with those of preoperative stage in each group but also in groups.Conclusion：Two surgical approaches have no much effect to the blood coagulation in lower limbs superficial varicosity patients, and also not cause deep vein thrombosis.
