摘要
目的:探讨糖尿病患者治疗中发生低血糖反应的原因,并总结有效的防治对策。方法:185例糖尿病患者根据是否发生低血糖反应分为非低血糖组和低血糖组,比较两组患者临床和生化指标的差异性,分析它们之间的相关性。结果:两组患者在体质指数(BMI)、年龄、糖尿病病程、血肌酐水平、尿微量清蛋白定量等方面比较有显著差异性(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、血肌酐、尿微量清蛋白是发生低血糖反应的独立危险因素,而BMI是低血糖反应的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者治疗中发生低血糖反应与其年龄、BMI、血肌酐水平、尿微量清蛋白有密切相关性,根据上述原因制定防治对策可有效降低低血糖反应的发生率。
Objective:To study the cause of the hypoglycemia reaction in the treatment of patients with diabetes, and summarize the effective prevention and control countermeasures.Methods:185 patients with diabetes were divided into non-hypoglycemia group and hypoglycemia group according to whether happen hypoglycemia reaction. The differences of clinical and biochemical indicators between patients of two groups were compared, and the correlation between them were analyzed.Results:There was a significant difference between the body mass index (BMI), age, diabetes duration, serum creatinine, urine trace albumin quantitative aspects of two groups(P〈0.05). The analysis of multiple factors Logistic regression showed that age, serum creatinine, urine trace albumin were independent risk factors of hypoglycemia reaction, and BMI was a protective factor of hypoglycemia reaction(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The hypoglycemia reaction in the treatment of patients with diabetes had a close correlation with age, BMI, blood creatinine, urine trace albumin,and the prevention and control measures according to the above reasons could effectively reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
