大株红景天注射液治疗“心血瘀阻”型稳定性心绞痛疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Rhodiola Crenulate Injection in the Treatment of “Blood Stasis” Type of Stable Angina Pectoris

目的:观察大株红景天注射液治疗"心血瘀阻"型稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合中医辩证"心血瘀阻"证型冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者,采用简单随机化方法分为2组:对照组给予适当运动、抗血小板、扩管、减慢心率、调节血脂、营养心肌等常规治疗。治疗组基于对照组治疗基础上加用大株红景天注射液。比较两组间临床疗效,包括总有效率、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、发作间隔时间、缓解程度、心电图改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大株红景天注射液对"心血瘀阻"型冠心病稳定性心绞痛患者疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Rhodiola Crenulate injection in treatment of＆quot;blood stasis＆quot;type of stable angina pectoris. Methods：60 patients of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease which met with the Chinese medicine dialectical stability of “blood stasis” were divided into 2 groups using simple random method：The control group were given the conventional treatment such as proper exercise, antiplatelet, expanding, slow the heart rate, blood lipid regulation, nutrition myocardium. The treatment group were treated with Rhodiola Crenulate injection based on the control group. Compare the clinical curative effect between the two groups, including the total efficiency, angina attack frequency, duration, interval time, alleviate the degree of seizure, the improvement in ECG. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group, which had statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rhodiola Crenulate injection has a significant curative effect on the patients of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of“blood stasis”type.
