米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊应用于子宫肌瘤的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Mifepristone Combined with Guizhifuling Capsule in Treatment of Uterine Myoma

目的:探讨米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:72例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组采用米非司酮口服治疗,观察组在对照组用药的基础上联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后的子宫和肌瘤体积、性激素水平及不良反应。结果:观察组的总有效率为97.1%,显著高于对照组的72.2%(P<0.05);治疗后两组的子宫和肌瘤体积、均有明显减小(P<0.05),组间比较差异具有统计学意义;治疗后两组的性激素水平均明显降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著,能有效缩小肌瘤体积,降低性激素水平,且不良反应较少,值得在临床推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsule in treatment of uterine myoma.Methods：72 cases of the patients were randomly divided into test group and control group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was given mifepristone, the test group was given Guizhifuling capsule at the base of test group. Volumes of uterine and myoma, sex hormone levels and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results：The total effectual rate of test group was 97.1%, significantly higher than control group＆#39; 72.2%（P〈0.05）. Volumes of uterine and myoma of the two groups were decreased after treatment, and the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Sex hormone levels of the two groups were decreased after treatment, and the difference between groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference between the incidences of adverse reactions of the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical effect of mifepristone combined with Guizhifuling capsule in treatment of uterine myoma is satisfactory, can effectively reduce myoma volume and sex hormones, and fewer adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical use.
