舒芬太尼复合右美托咪啶在妇科腔镜手术术后镇痛的效果 被引量:10

Effect of Sufentanil Combined with Dexmedetomidine on Postoperative Analgesia in Patients undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgeries

摘要 目的:探讨在妇科腔镜手术患者术后镇痛中舒芬太尼复合右美托嘧啶的临床应用价值。方法:选取2012年3月至2013年3月间于我院行妇科腔镜手术治疗的患者122例,按期就诊顺序进行编号并随机分为对照组(61例)和观察组(61例),对照组患者术后行舒芬太尼自控静脉镇痛(PCIA),观察组患者术后行舒芬太尼+右美托嘧啶PCIA,观察两组患者各临床指标,并进行统计学对比分析。结果:观察组患者术后6h、12h、24h、48h疼痛评分均明显低于对照组患者,组间差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后2d舒芬太尼用量(80.56±17.24)ml、PCA键按压次数(18.23±3.75)次、并发症发生率(1.64%)均明显低于对照组(102.45±19.74)ml、(25.28±3.85)次、(9.84%),而其满意度(91.80%)明显高于对照组(78.69%),以上组间差异在统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼复合右美托嘧啶在保证妇科腔镜手术术后镇痛效果更佳的情况下,能够减少麻醉药用量、减少并发症发生、提高患者满意度,对于改善患者预后、促进患者病情恢复具有重要意义。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of sufentanil of dexmedetomidine for postoperative analgesia in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods:Selected gynecological laparoscopic surgery in patients treated 122 cases, regular visits are numbered sequentially and randomly divided into control group(61 cases) and observation group(61 cases),Control patients postoperative sufentanil controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA),the observation group were postoperative sufentanil+dexmedetomidine PCIA, observed in patients with various clinical indicators and statistically analyzed.Results:The patients 6h, 12h, 24h, 48h pain scores were significantly lower than the control group of patients, the difference between groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05);observation group patients 2d sufentanil dosage (80.56±17.24) ml, PCA button pressing times (18.23±3.75) times the complication rate (1.64%) were significantly lower than the control group (102.45±19.74) ml, (25.28±3.85) times (9.84%) and their satisfaction (91.80%) was significantly higher (78.69%), the above difference between the groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Composite sufentanil right beauty pyrimidine in ensuring better postoperative analgesia after cavity mirror effect, can reduce drug consumption, reduce complications and improve patient satisfaction, to improve patients&#39; prognosis, promote patients recovery is of great significance.
