甘露聚糖肽联合阿昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Mannatide Combined With Acyclovirin the Treatment of Herpes Simplex Virus Encephalitis

目的:探讨甘露聚糖肽联合阿昔洛韦治疗单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。方法:单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者68例,分为试验组和对照组,所有入选病例均给予常规治疗。同时试验组服用甘露聚糖肽胶囊+阿昔洛韦片,对照组服用匹多莫德胶囊+阿昔洛韦片,观察患者治疗前后临床症状、体征和免疫功能指标的变化。结果:试验组患者神经功能缺损评分显著下降,临床总有效率达91.18%,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者中性粒细胞、C3、IgA、IgG、IgM等指标较治疗前均有显著改善。两组治疗后NK、IgA、IgG等比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),中性粒细胞、C3、IgM等比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:甘露聚糖肽通过提高单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎患者机体免疫功能,增强抗病毒能力,有助于患者神经功能的恢复,提高临床疗效。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of mannatide combined with acyclovir to treat herpes simplex virus encephalitis.Methods：68 patients with herpes simplex virus encephalitis were divided into experiment group and control group, and both groups were given conventional treatment.Meanwhile,the control group was applied acyclovir tablets and mannatide capsules, and the control group was applied pidotimod capsules and mannatide capsules, Observing the clinical symptoms, signs and changes of immune function indicators.Results：The NIHSS of experimental group was decreased significantly, and the clinical total effective rate was 91.18%. There was statistically significant different compared with the control group （P〈0.05）. The neutropenia, C3, IgA, IgG, IgM and other indicators of experimental group were significantly improved than before treatment. After treatment, the NK, IgA, IgG of two groups were statistically significantly different （P〈0.05）, and the neutrophils, C3, IgM, etc. had statistically significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Mannatide can sever the purpose of neurological function recovery and improve clinical efficacy by improving the immune function and enhancing the anti-virus capabilities of patients with herpes simplex virus encephalitis.
