曲普瑞林和米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the Clinical Curative Effect of Triptorelin Combined with Mifepristone in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的:探讨曲普瑞林和米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:78例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为对照组38例和治疗组40例,对照组患者使用曲普瑞林3.75 mg/次进行肌肉注射,治疗组给予口服米非司酮12.5mg/次,每日一次,连续3个月为1疗程;于用药前后B超测量子宫及子宫肌瘤的体积;测定患者促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)和血红蛋白的水平,观察服药的不良反应。结果:疗程结束后两组患者的血红蛋白升高,FSH、LH均下降(P<0.01),子宫及肌瘤体积均显著缩小(P<0.01),其中治疗组效果更明显。结论:米非司酮能有效缩小子宫肌瘤体积,疗效良好,不良反应较轻,可作为临床用药的参考。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the combination of triptorelin and mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods：78 cases of uterine myoma patients were randomly divided into the control group（38 cases） and the treatment group（40 cases）, the control group patients were treated with triptorelin 3.75mg every time for intramuscular injection, the treatment group was given mifepristone 12.5mg every time for orally taking.All of them were used once daily. 1 course was 3 consecutive months.The volume of uterine and myoma were measured using B ultrasound before and after treatment,the level of follicle stimulating hormone （ FSH ） ,estradiol （ E2 ） and hemoglobin were tested too. The adverse reaction of medication was observed. Results：The hemoglobin level rised , FSH and LH were decreased （ P〈0.01 ） after treatment in two groups of patients, uterine and myoma volume was significantly reduced （ P〈0.01 ）,but effect of the treatment group was more obvious. Conclusion：Mifepristone could reduce the size of uterine fibroids effectively,the curative effect was certain, adverse reaction was mild and it could be used as reference for clinical medication.
