内置管肠排列术治疗严重粘连性肠梗阻疗效观察

Obstruction on Built-in Tube Intestinal Arrangement Observation in the Treatment of Severe Adhesive Intestinal

目的：研究并分析内置管肠排列术在治疗严重粘连性肠梗阻中的疗效与价值。方法：选取我院自2011年10月-2012年10月所收治48例严重粘连性肠梗阻患者为研究对象，按随机方式分为观察组与对照组，观察组采取内置管肠排列术治疗，对照组采取为常规外固定排列术治疗，针对两组患者治疗疗效进行详细记录与分析。结果：观察组患者术后肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间以及术后感染发生率明显低于对照组患者，上述数据组间比较差异显著（P〈0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论：采取内置管肠排列术进行严重粘连性肠梗阻治疗有着疗效确切、安全性高等优势，值得临床应用与推广。

Objective：Study and analysis of inner tube in the treatment of severe intestinal arrangement with adhesive intestinal obstruction effect and value of.Methods：Selected in our hospital from 2011 October-2012 year in October from 48 cases with severe adhesion intestinal obstruction patient as the research object,by randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group adopt a built-in tube intestinal arrangement with treatment,while the control group adopted conventional external fixation arrangement with treatment,for two groups of patients with treatment were recorded in detail and analysis.Results：The patients in the observation group after anal exhaust time,borborygmus recovery time,duration of hospitalization and postoperative infection rate was significantly lower than the control group of patients,the data the difference between groups was significant （P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Adopt a built-in tube intestinal arrangement for severe adhesion intestinal obstruction treated with curative effect,high safety and superiority,is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
