Objective:To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute viral myocarditis and the effect of treatment. Methods:48 cases of acute viral myocarditis patients of our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group.Observation group treated with astragalus membranaceus combined coenzyme Q10.Compare two groups of curative effect, electrocardiogram (ecg) before and after treatment, before and after the treatment of CK-MB,CRP,CTn Ⅰ improvement, adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatment. Results:The observation group total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Observation group after treatment all kinds of abnormal ecg performance improvement was significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Observation group after treatment CK-MB,CRP,CTnⅠimprovement significantly better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Observation group and control group in incidence of adverse reactions after statistics analysis, there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion:In symptomatic support therapy on the basis of the treatment with astragalus root+coenzyme Q,curative effect is superior to the conventional support treatment, electrocardiogram improved significantly after treatment, the index improved significantly, less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
