可吸收界面螺钉在急性膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤附着点断裂治疗中的应用

The Application of Absorbable Interference Screw in Acute Medial Collateral Ligament Ⅲ Degree Injury

目的：分析可吸收界面螺钉在急性膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤附着点断裂治疗中的应用情况。方法：选取我院2009年1月-2011年8月收治的72例急性膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤附着点断裂患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组34例，观察组术中采用可吸收界面螺钉，对照组采用金属钉，比较两组的临床效果。结果：观察组的优良率为92.1%，略高于对照组的85.3%，组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；术后观察组的下肢疼痛VAS评分和Oswestry功能障碍评分均明显优于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率为2.6%，明显低于对照组的20.6%，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：可吸收界面螺钉在急性膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤附着点断裂治疗中的应用效果满意，能明显改善患者的疼痛及功能状况，且安全性更佳。

Objective：To analyze the application of absorbable interference screw in acute medial collateral ligamentⅢdegree injury.Methods：From January 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital,72 cases of acute medial collateral ligamentⅢdegree injury were selected and randomly divided into 38 cases of the observation group and 34 cases of the control group,the observation group were used absorbable interference screw in surgery,the control group were used metal nails,the clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results：The excellent and good rate of observation group was 92.1%,slightly higher than 85.3%of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant between two groups （P〉0.05）;the postoperative leg pain VAS scores and Oswestry disability scores of observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant between two groups （P〈0.05）;the complications of observation group was 2.6%,significantly lower than 20.6%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Absorbable interference screw in acute medial collateral ligament Ⅲ degree injury has satisfactory application effect,Significant improvement in pain and functional status of patients,and better security.
