中医扶正、西医攻邪综合治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine Fuzheng Attack Comprehensive Treatment of Malignant Tumor

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析84例恶性肿瘤患者的临床治疗资料,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组各42例,观察组采用中西医联合化疗治疗,对照组采用常规化疗治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为61.9%和45.2%,差异具有统计学意义,两组生活质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组毒副作用比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:对恶性肿瘤患者行中西医联合化疗治疗具有较好的疗效,对提升患者生活质量有利。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of malignant tumor. Methods： Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 84 cases of malignant tumor patients, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 42 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine combined with chemotherapy in the treatment, the control group using conventional chemotherapy treatment, to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results：The observation group and the control group the total effective rate was 61.9%and 45.2%, the difference was statistically significant, the two groups had statistical significance differences of quality of life （P〈0.05）; No significant differences between the two groups of side effects（P〉0.05）. Conclusions：Has good effect in the treatment of Western medicine for patients with malignant tumors in combination chemotherapy, beneficial to improve patients’ quality of life.
