人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效分析

Analysis of Artificial Femoral Head Replacement for the Treatment of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures

目的：分析人工股骨置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取2002年1月到2012年9月在我院采用人工股骨头置换治疗的46例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者,对其治疗效果进行分析。结果：经过治疗,46例患者在手术后下床时间为5-18d,平均为（6.2±1.4）d；患者的住院时间为15-31d,平均为（19.3±3.5）d；患者出院随访6-12个月,其优良率为97.8%。结论：高龄股骨转子间骨折患者,采用人工股骨置换术进行治疗,可以对患者的生活质量进行显著的提高。

Objective：Clinical analysis of artificial femoral head replacement for treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fractures. Methods：46 patients with elderly femoral in 2002 January to 2012 September in our hospital with artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of the fracture, the treatment effect was analyzed. Results：after treatment, 46 patients after the operation of bed time is 5-18D, averaged （6.2±1.4） d;hospitalization time of patients for 15-31d, averaged （19.3±3.5） d;patients were followed up for 6-12 months, the excellent and good rate was 97.8%. Conclusion：patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures, were treated by artificial femoral head replacement, can significantly improve the life quality of the patients.
