探讨血必净注射液对严重烧伤患者休克期并发脓毒症的效果

Effect of Xuebijing Injection on Severe Burn Patients in Shock Period in Patients with Sepsis

目的：探讨血必净注射液对严重烧伤患者休克期并发脓毒症的效果。方法：将我院2010年1月-2013年3月收治的30例确诊为严重烧伤患者休克期并发脓毒症患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组（15例）与对照组（15例），其中对照组给予常规治疗，而研究组在对照组基础上加用血必净注射液，一周为一个疗程。对两组病患的治疗效果如体温（T）、白细胞计数（WBC）、心率（HR）、血小板计数（PLT）、中性粒细胞率及病死率等方面进行总结分析及对比。结果：两组病患通过治疗后，研究组病患在WBC、HR、PLT及病死率方面与对照组有着显著性差异（P〈0.05），具有统计学意义。研究组并发症的发生率为20%，对照组并发症的发生率为40%。研究组并发症的发生率显著低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：对于严重烧伤后休克期并发脓毒症的病患而言，采用常规加用血必净注射液治疗能取得良好的效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Xuebijing Injection on severe burn patients in shock period in patients with sepsis. Methods：30 cases were severe burn patients in shock period in septic patients as research object in our hospital from January 2010 to March 2013,randomly divided into the study group （15 cases） and control group （15 cases）,the control group received routine treatment, while the study group was treated with Xuebijing injection, to one week for a course of treatment. On two groups of patients treatment such as body temperature （T）,white blood cell count （WBC）, heart rate （HR）,platelet count （PLT）,neutrophil and fatality rate were analyzed and compared.Results：the two groups of patients after treatment, the study group patients had significant difference with control group in WBC, HR, PLT rate and mortality （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance.The team the incidence of complications was 20%, the control group the incidence of complications was 40%. Group the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group, with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Patients with routine plus Xuebijing injection therapy can achieve good effect on severe burn shock complicated with sepsis, is worth the clinical promotion and application.
