腹腔镜微创外科手术治疗胃间质瘤的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Laparoscopic Minimally Invasive Surgical Operation Treatment of Gastric Stromal Tumor

目的:评价腹腔镜微创外科手术治疗胃间质瘤的效果。方法:选取我院2008年2月至2013年2月收治的6例胃间质瘤患者,将这些患者作为观察组,另选去我院同期收治的6例胃间质瘤患者作为对照组,给予对照组患者传统开腹治疗,给予观察组患者腹腔镜微创外科手术治疗,然后对两组患者的手术时间、胃管拔出时间、术中出血量及术后住院时间进行观察比较。结果:和对照组相比,观察组患者具有较短的手术时间、胃管拔出时间和术后住院时间级较少的术中出血量,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜微创外科手术治疗胃间质瘤能够有效缩短患者的手术时间、胃管拔出时间及术后住院时间,并减少患者的术中出血量,具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of stromal tumor of minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopic operation for the treatment of stomach.Method：Compared with the traditional open surgery for patients in the treatment group, the observation group were given laparoscopic minimally invasive surgical operation treatment, then the two groups of patients with operation time, the tube pulled out of time, amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative hospital stay were observed and compared. Results：compared with the control group, with shorter operation time, tube pulled out of time and postoperative hospitalization time level are less intraoperative bleeding patients in the observation group, two the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the laparoscopic minimally invasive surgical operation treatment of gastric stromal tumors can effectively shorten the operation time in patients with gastric tube, pull out the time of hospitalization time and postoperative, and reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding of patients, has good treatment effect, worth in clinical widely.
