尼麦角林在老年慢性脑血管功能不全治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Nicergoline in Elderly Patients with Chronic Cerebrovascular Insufficiency in the Treatment

目的:观察尼麦角林在老年慢性脑血管功能不全治疗中的临床特征和疗效。方法:96例慢性血管功能不全老年患者随机数字法将其随机分为两组,对照组48例患者,采用临床常规治疗,治疗组48例患者,在此基础上给予10mg尼麦角林,疗程为3个月,观察两组患者疗后临床症状改善情况,采用多普勒观察患者大脑中动脉(MCV)、椎动脉(AV)治疗前后舒张末期血流速度(VE)、收缩期血流速度(VP),并计算脉动指数(PI),评价尼麦角林对慢性脑血管功能不全老年患者的疗效。结果:治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);多普勒观察治疗组患者MCV、VA治疗后Vp、VE明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),PI明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尼麦角林应用于慢性脑血管功能不全老年患者能有效的改善患者的临床症状和血流动力学情况。

Objective：To observe the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with chronic vascular dysfunction in patients with clinical application,analysis of nicergoline in treatment of the disease.Methods： 96 cases of chronic vascular insufficiency patients as the research object,randomly divided them into two groups,48 cases in the control group were treated with routine therapy,48 patients in treatment group were based on the given 10mg nicergoline,treatment for March,the two groups were observed after treatment of clinical symptoms to improve the situation,the Doppler observation of artery in patients with cerebral （MCV）,vertebral artery （AV） before and after treatment,end diastolic velocity （VE）,peak systolic velocity （VP）,and calculate the pulse index （PI）,evaluation of curative effect of nicergoline on chronic cerebral vascular dysfunction in elderly patients.Results：Patients in the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）;Doppler observed the patients in the treatment group after treatment,MCV,VA Vp VE was significantly higher than before treatment （P〈0.05）,PI was significantly lower than that before treatment （P〈0.05）,the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nicergoline for chronic cerebrovascular insufficiency in elderly patients with the clinical course of treatment,clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the hemodynamics,enhance curative effect.
