On the Aura of Talent Cultivation in Colleges and Universities

高校在人才培养上还存在不应忽视的缺欠和问题,究其原因,人才培养氛围的欠缺与之密切关联。伴随时代快速前行的脚步,优秀人才的内涵应更丰富,视野应更开阔,心智应更完善。面对未来的人才需求,高校应提升使命感、坚守自身的根本职能,通过浓厚六个方面的氛围,即人才培养第一的主题氛围、学生为本的服务氛围、科学严谨的求实氛围、文理渗透的博学氛围、民主和谐的宽容氛围和无处不在的熏陶氛围,使学生获得健康成长、充分发展。

As for the training of talents in colleges and universities, there are still shortcomings and problems which should not be neglected. To keep pace with the rapid development of this era, the good talent should further enrich his connotation, broaden his horizon, and improve his mind and intelligence. Facing the future demand of talents, colleges and universities should enhance the sense of mission and adhere to their fundamental function through fostering the following six kinds of aura, namely the talent-cultivation-first theme aura, student-oriented service aura, scientifically rigorous and realistic aura, learned aura with both liberal arts and sciences, democratic and harmonious aura and the pervasive aura of influence, enabling students to gain a healthy upbringing and full development.
