In the process of the transition to National Open University local college and learning center ,Daqing Open University put the record of formal schooling education in important position ,to expand the non academic education as the mission ,to strengthen teachers team construction as the fun-damental , and to improve the school environment as the condition , w hich reflecting its ow n characteristics ,growing and perfecting . The development of Daqing Open University provide some beneficial reference for our construction of National Open University local colleges and learning centers .
