锰渣矿粉沥青混合料物理力学性能的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用锰渣矿粉替换普通沥青混合料的石灰岩矿粉,通过筛分试验确定锰渣矿粉沥青混合料的级配并制作成锰渣矿粉沥青混合料.通过马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂试验,对锰渣矿粉沥青混合料和石灰岩矿粉沥青混合料进行试验研究,并对两种沥青混合料的稳定度、劈裂强度、残留稳定度和劈裂强度比等技术指标进行了对比分析.结果表明:采用锰渣矿粉代替石灰岩矿粉后,沥青混合料的稳定度提高了13.3%,劈裂抗拉强度提高了17.1%,残留稳定度增加6.2%,残留劈裂强度比相比增加了4.8%. This determined the paper replaced the limestone ore in ordinary bituminous mixtures by using manganese ore powder, gradation of manganese ore powder bituminous mixtures through sieve analysis and made inio manganese ore powder bituminous mixtures. Based on Marshall test, immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test, the research had experiment study on manganese ore powder bituminous mixtures and limestone ore bituminous mixtures and compared the stability, cleavage strength, residual stability and splitting strength ratio and other technical indicators between the two bituminous mixtures. The results indicated that after using manganese ore powder instead of limestone ore, the stability of bituminous mixtures increased by 13.3%, tensile splitting strength increased by 17.1%, residual stability increased by 6.2%, and splitting strength ratio increased by 4.8%.
