Quality Education,the heart of education,whose focus lies in training students' initial spirit and practising abilities',and promotion of students operating and experimenting abilities is the eventual aim of experimental teaching.So we must make an serious inquiry into the relation of quality education and experimental teaching and the function of experimental teaching on quality education to reinforce experimental teaching reformation so as to train highly qualified initial talents.
