摘要
目的:采用液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)并选择监测离子法测定亮菌甲素琥珀酸单酯及其在注射液中的含量。方法:样品用甲醇溶解,测定其中亮菌甲索琥珀酸单酯的含量,在负离子模式下,采用选择离子监测(SIM)方式,其监测离子对为m/z 333→233。结果:亮菌甲素琥珀酸单酯在1-100μg·ml^(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.998 3),平均回收率98.6%(RSD=1.27%,n=5),检测限为2.0 ng·ml^(-1)。结论:该方法快速,灵敏,结果准确,适用于亮菌甲素琥珀酸单酯及其在注射液中的检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of armillarisin succinate ester (ASE) in the injections by LC- MS/MS using selection ion monitoring (SIM). Methods: The sample was dissolved in methanol. The mass spectrometer was operated in the negative ionization electrospray (ESI) mode using SIM. The transitions m/z 333→233 was used to detect ASE. Results: The method had satisfactory linearity within the range of 1-100 μg· ml -1 ( r =0.998 3 ), the limit of detection (LOD) was 2.0 ng · m1-1, and the mean recovery was 98.6% ( RSD = 1.27% , n = 5 ). Conclusion : The method is sensitive, simple and accurate, and suitable for the determination of ASE in the injections.
