愈美颗粒辅助治疗小儿急性支气管炎的疗效观察 被引量:8

Efficacy of Guaifenesin and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide Granules in the Adjuvant Treatment of Infantile Acute Bronchitis

摘要 目的:观察愈美颗粒治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:156例急性支气管炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组予常规抗感染及雾化吸入等治疗,观察组加用愈美颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿咳嗽、咳痰和痰液黏稠度等临床症状改善率和总有效率,并观察药品不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后临床症状评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床控制率52.56%,总有效率89.74%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且未发生明显药品不良反应。结论:愈美颗粒能有效辅助治疗小儿息性支气管炎,安全性好,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of guaifenesin and dextromethorphan hydrobromide granules in the treatment of child acute bronchitis. Methods: Totally 156 children with acute bronchitis were divided into two groups randomly, the control group was treated with routine anti-infection and inhalation therapy, while the observation group was treated with guaifenesin and dextromethorphan hydrobromide granules additionally. The improvement of cough, sputum, sputum viscosity and the other clinical symptoms, total effective rate and adverse drug reactions was studied and compared in the two groups. Results: The observation group showed significant improvement in acute bronchitis cough, sputum and sputum viscosity with clinical control rate of 52.56% , which was significantly higher than the control group (38.46%). The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.74% , which was also significantly higher than that of the control group (69.23%). The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05 ). There were no obvious adverse drug reactions in the two groups. Conclusion: Guaifenesin and dextromethorphan hydrobromide granules are effec- tive and safe in the adjuvant treatment of infantile acute bronchitis, which is valuable to be widely used in clinic.
