Research Progress of Lycopodium Japanicum Thunb and Relative Preparations

伸筋草含生物碱、三萜类等多种有效成分,有广泛药理作用;主要应用于风湿病、颈椎病和急慢性软组织损伤等的治疗,历史悠久,疗效确切。本文分析近年来资料综述伸筋草的化学成分、药理作用、制剂工艺与临床应用等方面的研究进展。

Lycopodium japanicum thumb containing the effective components such as alkaloids, triterpenes and so on has extensive pharmacological effects and is mainly used in the treatment of rheumatism, cervical vertebra disease,acute and chronic soft tissue inju- ries with a long clinical application history and curative effect. In this paper, research progress in chemical constituents, pharmacologi- cal action, preparation process and clinical application of Lyeopodium japanicum thumb in recent years were reviewed.
