喷膜剂中成膜材料的研究进展

Progress of Pellicular Materials in Film Spraying Agent

喷膜剂是一种结合膜剂、喷雾剂、巴布贴剂的优点制成的新剂型,喷膜剂中的成膜材料既是一种药物载体,又可通过成膜,发挥保护创面、减少皮肤水分蒸发、促进皮肤水合作用等功效。随着药用高分子成膜材料的发展,成膜材料的选择成为喷膜剂制备成功的关键因素。喷膜剂应用的成膜材料种类不断增加。本文查阅相关文献,将报道的成膜材料进行了归纳综述。

Film spraying agent was a new dosage form with the advantages of film, sprays and cataplasma. The pellicular materials in film spraying agent were used as drug carriers and play roles in protecting wound, reducing moisture evaporation of skin and promo- ting skin hydration. With the development of medicinal polymer film materials, the choice of pellicualr materials became a key factor in the successful preparation of film spraying agent. The species of pellicular material used in film spraying agent were increasing. In the paper, the reported pellicular materials were summarized through searching and reading relevant literatures.
