摘要
通过查阅、分析和总结国内外相关文献,综述了凌霄属植物根、茎、叶化学成分及药理作用的研究进展。主要化学成分为五环三萜、环烯醚萜、黄酮及色原酮、香豆素、苯丙素苷、生物碱、挥发油,具有抑制血小板凝集、胰岛素模仿和胰岛素增敏活性、自由基清除话性、灭虫和灭昆虫活性等药理作用。本文结果可为凌霄属植物根、茎、叶的进一步研究和开发利用提供参考。
The study advances in chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of the roots, stems and leaves of Campsis were reviewed in this article by searching, analyzing and summarizing a great number of domestic and foreign relevant references. The mainly chemical constituents are pentacyclic triterpenoids, iridoids, flavonoids, chromones, coumarins, phenylpropanoid glycosides, alkaloid and essential oil with such pharmacological effects as inhibition of platelet aggregation, insulin-mimetic and insulin-sensitizing activities, free radical scavenging activity, pesticidal and insecticidal activities and so on. The results of the article could provide reference for the further study and utilization of the roots, stems and leaves of Campsis.
