摘要
提出一种机采棉感应式静电喷雾方式,即在药液泵出水口处设置感应电极,对从药箱泵出的药液在进入喷雾胶管时充电,然后由喷头雾化喷出。在风机辅助气流作用下吸附在带正电荷的棉株上,具有相对结构简单、维修方便的特点。
The paper was put forward a kind of inductive static electricity mist spray method of machine-harvested cotton, setting sensing electrode at the pump outlet, charging liquid medicine when entering the spray hose and then atomizing jet by the nozzle. Adsorption cotton plant which carry positive electricity under the influence of auxiliary fan air, which has the characteristics of simple structure and convenient maintenance.
