摘要
中压配电网接线方式的选择是城市配电网建设和改造进程中的一个重要方面,是提高电力系统供电可靠性的前提,同时也是实现配网自动化的基础。文章通过对深圳电网城市配电网10 kV线路的几种典型接线方式的比较分析,发现深圳地区配电线路联络较为复杂,存在着配电网运行方式复杂,联络设备利用率低,同时造成了设备资源的浪费等现象。提出了应以电网应以电缆配电线路为主,并逐步由单环网、双环网向"三供一备"的接线方式过渡的建议,希望能够为当前城市配电网的建设改造提供参考。
The choice of mode of connection of medium voltage distribution network is an important aspect in the process of urban distribution network construction and transformation, which also is the premise to enhance the reliability of power sys-tem and realization of distribution network automation. The paper found the distribution line contact in Shenzhen area was relatively complicated; there exists a complex distribution network operation mode; contact equipment utilization rate was low, which caused phenomenon of resources waste of equipment. Then, the paper was proposed advice of giving priority to distri-bution circuit, and gradually transition from single ring network and double loop network to the connection mode of“three main powers and stand-by power”, which provide the reference for construction and transformation of current urban distribu-tion network.
