摘要
目的探讨深圳关外宝安、龙华及光明新区各社区健康检查妇女人群人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的情况,为宫颈癌早期发现、早期治疗和预防工作提供科学依据。方法收集2011年2月~2013年2月来深圳关外宝安沙井、龙华及光明新区各社康服务中心进行生殖健康检查的妇女人群3095例,按不同年龄进行分组,分别采用核酸分子快速杂交技术进行23种HPV亚型感染筛查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果3095例不同社区健康体检妇女人群HPV感染总阳性率达23.46%(726/3095),HPV感染高峰年龄〈25岁,占31.7%(206/649),与其它年龄组的HPV感染率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.02,P〈0.05);〉60岁的妇女HPV感染率明显下降[8.4%(9/107)],与其它各年龄组比较差异有统计学显著性意义(χ^2=53.15,P〈0.01);单亚型感染率最高是HPV16(26.67%),其次是HPV58(15.47%),HPV6(12.28%);多亚型感染率最高为HPV16(23.49%),其次为HPV58(19.74%),HPV52(10.38%)。感染以高危型为主,占87.88%(638/726),低危型占5.92%(43/726),多亚型感染占6.20%(45/726)。结论深圳关外各社区妇女高危型HPV感染主要以16,58及52亚型为主,低危型HPV感染主要以6,53亚型为主。〈25岁社区妇女为最易感人群,应加强各区HPV的普查工作,特别注意有性生活史的未婚女性。
Objective To explore the commissioner of the baoan shenzhen,longhua and guangming new district communities health check women crowd human papilloma virus (HPV) infection and cervical cancer early detection,early treatment and prevention work provides the scientific basis. Methods Collected from February 2011 to February 2013 to shenzhen customs baoan shajing,longhua and guangming new district,service center for reproductive health check the crowd of 3 095 cases of women in different age groups, respectively using nucleic acid molecular subtype fast hybrid technology for 23 kinds of HPV infection screening,and the results were analyzed. Results 3 095 cases of different community health check-up women popu- lation total positive rate of HPV infection was 23.46 % ( 726/3 095), HPV infection peak aged 〈 25 (31.7 %, 206/649 ), compared with other age groups of HPV infection rate difference was statistically significant (Z2 = 11.02, P〈0.05), and 60 year-old woman HPV infection rate decreased obviously (8.4 %,9/107), compared with other age groups have significant statistical significance difference ()2 = 53.15, P〈 0.01 ) ; Single subtype group was highest infection rate (26.67%), fol- lowed by HPV58 (15. 47%) ,HPV6 (12.28%) ,multiple subtypes prevalence group was the highest (23.49%) ,followed by HPV58 (19.74%) and HPV52 (10.38%). Infection with high-risk type was given priority to, accounting for 87.88% (638/726) ,low risk type accounted for 5.92% (43/726), subtype infection accounted for 6.20% (45/726). Conclusion Shenzhen customs communities women high-risk type HPV infection were mainly composed of 16 subtype, 58 and 52, low- risk HPV infection were mainly composed of six subtype does. 〈25 community women were the most vulnerable groups, should strengthen the census district of HPV,pay special attention to sexual life of unmarried women.
