摘要
目的研究血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT,GGT)在2型糖尿病早期诊断的临床应用价值。方法对140例2型糖尿病测定血清GGT,GLU,胰岛素和HbAlc水平。根据血清GGT水平将2型糖尿病患者分为GGT升高组(HGGT)和GGT正常组(NGGT),进行统计学分析。结果两组性剐、年龄、空腹血糖水平均无显著差异(P〉0.05);HGGT组糖尿病患者GGT,HOMA-IR值明显高于NGGT组(P〈0.01);HbAlC水平在两组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);GGT与HOMA-IR呈正相关(r=0.223,P〈0.05);与HbAlC呈正相关(r=0.367,P〈0.01)。结论GGT对2型糖尿病的早期诊断有一定意义。
Objective To study the clinical application value of serum gamma-glutamyltrans perase (γ-GT,GGT) for the im paired glucose tolerance and the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus T2DM. Methods Determed serum GGT,GLU, insulin and HbAlc level in 140 patients with T2DM. According to the serum GGT level in patients with T2DM were divided into high GGT group (HGGT) and normal GGT group (NGGT), statistical analysis. Results Two groups of gender,age, fasting blood glucose level had no significant difference (P〈0.05) ;HGGT group of diabetic patients with GGT, HOMA-IR values were significantly higher than those in NGGT group (P〈O. 01) ;the level of HbAlc had nostatistical significance be tween the two groups (P〉0.05) ;GGT was positively correlated with HOMA IR (r=0. 223,P〈0.05) ;there was a signifi cant positive correlation with HbAlc (r=O. 367,P〈0.01). Conclusion GGT has a certain significance in early diagnosis of T2DM diabetes.
