Quality based cultural education of college students forms an important component part of quality based education. Opposite to academic course, activity courses are characterized by their flexibility of time, comprehensive channels and wide scope of freedom. To pay close attention to and take a firm grasp of activity courses and to strengthen quality based cultural education of college students will largely benifit the improvement of the humanistic quality, artistic cultivation,and thus, the all round promotion of quality of college students as a whole.
