在学分制条件下为了全面贯彻党中央国务院素质教育的精神 ,学生管理应相应地采取一些改革措施。为此 ,着重从学分制条件下班级概念的淡化、宿舍管理面临的挑战。

In order to carry out the instructions about quality based education, given by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, effective measures should be taken to reform the management of student dormitories. Emphasis should be laid on the study and exploration in the following respects: the bluring of class concept under credit system, the challenges in dormitory management and the relationship between dormitory management and quality based education.
