发展新经济是我们的目标,但必须从我国实际情况出发,正确运用资本市场为发展高科技产业筹资;在调整产业结构过程中,也要正确发挥传统产业的作用。

To develop new economy is one of our targets. However , we must proceed from our reality, make correct use of capital market to raise funds for high technology industry and bring traditional industries into proper play during the process of adjusting the industrial structure.
