阿立哌唑与盐酸氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

Controlled Studies of Aripiprazole in the Treatment of Schizophrenia with Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride

目的对精神分裂症患者采用阿立哌唑与氯丙嗪进行治疗及不良反应进行比较分析。方法将我院此次所收治的79例精神分裂症患者,按随机分为试验组(40例)和对照组(39例);对照组:对患者采用氯丙嗪治疗;试验组:对患者采用阿立哌唑治疗。结果 经过治疗后,两组患者的治疗有效率进行比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);在对阳性和阴性症状患者治疗情况上进行比较,试验组对阴性症状患者具有很好的治疗效果,而对照组则没有明显性的治疗效果。对两组患者发生的头晕等不良反应情况进行比较,试验组明显低于对照组。结论对精神分裂症患者采用阿立哌唑治疗,其对阴性和阳性症状患者都具有很好的治疗效果,同时产生的不良反应比较少。

Objective To treatment and adverse reaction were analyzed in patients with aripiprazole and chlorpromazine split of spirit. Methods 79 patients in our hospital from the spirit of the schizophrenia patients, according to randomly divided into experimental group（40 cases）and control group（39 cases）;the control group：the patients with chlorpromazine treatment;experimental group：aripiprazole in the treatment of patients with. Results After treatment, the effective rate of treatment of patients in the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically signiifcant（P〉0.05）; the positive and negative symptoms in patients with treatment of comparison, the test group has a good therapeutic effect for patients with negative symptoms, whereas the control group was not obvious therapeutic effect. Comparison of adverse reactions occurred in two groups of patients with dizziness, the test group was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The patients with schizophrenia treated with aripiprazole treatment, it has good curative effect on negative and positive symptoms, adverse reaction and less.
