摘要
本文主要阐述了高校内部管理体制改革的整体思路、指导思想和基本运行框架 ,综述了我校机关和院(系 )领导干部公开招聘、竞争上岗制度建立和运作的过程 。
This article chiefly deals with the general train of thought,guiding ideology and basic model of operation of the internal management system of colleges & universities,summarizes the course of establishment & implement of the system funder which the cadres at all levels at BUPT shall be appointed through inviting applications first and then open competition among applicants,and at last expounds the effects of the reform of the personnel system upon the development of colleges & universities.
