摘要
鉴于我国现实中存在的基层法官素质不高带来的司法不公、司法效率低下、司法权威难以确立的问题 。
It is urgent to establish basic level judges of good quality when China is faced with the problems,i.e.unfair judicature,low-efficiency judicature and judicature authority hard to erect,caused by low-quality basic level judges in reality. [
