加强大型石化工业园区灭火救援工作的对策研究

The Countermeasure on Strengthening a Big Petrochemical Industry Park Fire Rescuing

通过对大型石化工业园区的实地调研,总结了新时期石化企业的工艺特点,分析了石化企业的火灾特点,提出了建立区域灭火救援中心、完善消防队站建设、加快消防装备配备、强化灭火救援训练和加强政府监管机制等对策加强大型石化工业园区的灭火救援工作。

The process characteristics of big petrochemical industry park in the new period have been summarized through field investigation. Analysizing the features of petrochemical company under fire,this paper proposes the right countermeasures to strengthen fire rescue for big petrochemical industry park,such as,establishing regional fire rescue centre,perfecting the construction of fire station,completing fire equipments,strengthening fire rescue training and governmental supervision.
