The Law course in higher vocational colleges should be positioned to cultivate primary level talents with a wide degree of career choice, high degree of career adapting and strong degree of career development to assist legal？professions. With the high conjunction between The practice of close cooperation between production and education is highly conjunctional with the cultivation of the three- integration primary level legal talents. The cooperation between the production and education can be launched in the fields, such as identifying the curriculum system, building the practice bases for ＂two- trend＂, organizing the teaching team with full and part-time members and the developing of specialized courses.
