交往理论视域下基层党建引领高校资助育人的实践

发挥高校基层党建在资助育人过程中的引领作用,是促进教育公平正义、实现共产党执政价值诉求的重要保障。"以人为本"执政理念在高校基层党组织的深化与延伸,要求发挥基层党建的优势,从广度和深度上把资助工作深入到对贫困生资助水平提高和素质教育的拓展上来,交往理论为解决基层党建引领资助育人过程中的问题提供了理论范式和研究视角。结合目前高校党建与资助工作的实践以及对南京信息工程大学"四扶三温暖"的个案研究,探讨建立基层党建引领资助育人工作的实践和全面服务学生成人成才的长效机制。

Play a leading role in the process of college grassroots party construction in funding of education,which is to promote education fairness and justice, and achieve an important guarantee of our party＇s ruling value aim. ＂People-oriented＂ governing idea in the deepening of colleges＇ basic level party organizations,give a full play to the superiority of the grass-roots party construction,the aid work from the breadth and depth into funding levels increases and the expansion of quality education for poor university graduates. Lead communication theory to solve the basic party funding problems provides research perspectives in the process of education. In combination with the practice of party construction in colleges and universities work with funding, and the research of information Science Technology ＂four held three warm＂ in Nanjing University,forming a basic party leading educational work practice mode and comprehensive service funding students adult become a long-term mechanism.
