摘要
西部大开发必然要求优先发展西部重点中心城市 ,以形成增长极核 ,发挥辐射带动作用。从分析西部大开发条件下成渝经济圈建设的必要性出发 ,提出建设成渝经济圈的总体目标及遵循原则 ,并从宏观、微观相结合的角度提出加快成渝经济圈建设的战略措施和政策建议。
The western development requires the prior development in important central cities, which can form growth pole and give an impetus to western region. This article analyzes the necessities of constructing Chengdu Chongqing economic circle, puts forward total target and main principles, and advances strategic measures and political advice on promoting this construction.
