本文对创业型企业进行了界定 ,并论述创业型企业的主要特征 ,对创业资本及其市场特征进行了分析 ,提出了创业型企业的资本结构 ,并从投资主体、管理模式等方面分析与一般资本市场的差异。在此基础上对创业型企业发展构建科学合理的融资平台。

This article first puts forward a conception of the incubation enterprise and illustrates its basic characteristics, then describes its marketing characters and capital structure, analyzes the relationship between its capital structure and the common capital market with the consideration of the incubation enterprise's investors and management patterns, and finally constructs a scientific and reasonable financing platform for the incubation enterprise.
