On the Models of Adult Higher Education Management

根据普通高等学校举办成人高等学历教育的实际 ,按照“协调、有序、健康、优质”的原则 ,建构了“提高层次、优化结构、归口管理、质量监控”的普通高校成人高等学历教育管理模式和相应的运行机制及质量保证体系。

This essay is based on the actual experience in adult higher education. In line with the principle of “coordination, order, soundness and good quality”, this essay has proposed a model of adult higher education management, i.e., enhanced level, improved structure, central management, and quality control. It has also developed a corresponding operational system and a quality control system.
