Treatment and Analysis of a Molecular Sieve Failure of Air Separator

针对一起空分设备分子筛床层冲击事故的前后处理过程进行了分析,提出了对于分子筛系统故障的操作和处理要点,可有效排除故障,保证制氧机的稳定、安全、长周期运行。

The treatment process of an impact accident of the molecular sieve bed in an air separation machine was analyzed. Key points in operating and handling troubles in molec-ular sieve system were put forward, which can effectively remove the troubles and ensure sta-ble, safe and long-cycle operation of the oxygen generator.
