简要介绍了从美国引进的热眼的工作原理、设备组成及维护要领。热眼应用于高速轧机生产线,实现了热轧线材表面质量的自动在线检测和智能判断,提高了在线产品表面质量的控制能力,降低了次品率,提高了劳动生产率。
The working principle, equipment configuration and maintenance essentials of the Hoteye system imported from USA are briefly introduced. The application of Hoteye in the high-speed roiling mill has achieved automatic online inspection and intelligent judgment of surface quality of hot roiled wire rod, improved the online control ability for surface quality of products, reduced the rate of unqualified products and increased production efficiency.
