入世后的贸易自由化赋予中西部地区的小城镇以新的内涵。 2 0年前 ,中西部小城镇内涵发展走的是粗放外延发展之路 ,今日内涵发展是新世纪经济发展的应有之意。

Free trade,which is the result of the entry into WTO,will endow the developing of small towns in the Middle West of China with new inward significance .Although we put forward inward development 20 years ago,we have always adopted a resource-wasted living-style.Small towns in the particular region should still adhere to inward development in 21 century.In this article the author tries to nesolve put forward some measures to the problem.
