摘要
韦尔奇的“弹性 -条理 -结果 -沟通 -教育”管理模式给美国通用电气公司创造了收入和收益的一个又一个奇迹。本文借鉴这一管理模式所体现的主要思想 ,并结合我国高校的实际 ,提出教学管理要牢固树立“以人为本”和“育人为本”的思想 ,要在进一步深化教学改革的同时 ,重视教学管理队伍建设 ,建立畅通的教学信息管理渠道 ,实施高效管理 。
Jack Welch's administrative model of 'flexibility,organization,result-orientation,communication and education'has created one miracle after another for American General Electric Company.Taking over the main viewpoints implied in the model and connecting them with the facts in colleges and universities in our country,this article points out that persons and their education must be regarded as fundamental,meanwhile,a point of teaching administrators' training must be built up so as to administer effectively and improve teaching qualities.
