摘要
研究了固含量高、耐水性好的聚乙烯醇胶的合成工艺条件。首先,通过单因素实验,以黏度为指标,优化了氧化剂、催化剂、疏水剂的用量以及氧化反应pH值、温度、时间;通过正交实验,分别考察了氧化剂、催化剂、疏水剂对改性PVA胶性能的影响。结果表明:反应时间40min,反应温度50-55℃,反应pH值为5,H:0:为0.013mol,FeSO4·7H2O为0.15g,尿素为1.8g,改性PVA胶综合性能最好,胶黏剂干胶合强度为2.23NPa,湿胶合强度为1.60MPa。
The synthetic process conditions for polyvinyl alcohol adhesive with high solid content and good water resistance were studied. Firstly, the single factor experiment with the viscosity as an index was carried out to optimize the amount of oxidant, catalyst and hydrophobic agent, and pH value, temperature and time for oxidation reaction; then the effects of oxidant, catalyst and hydrophobic agent on the performances of modified PVA adhesive were investigated by orthogonal experiments. The results show that when the reaction time is 40min, temperature is 50-55℃, pH value is 5, and the amount of H2O2, FeSO4·7H2O and urea is 0.013mol, 0.15g and 1.8g respectively, the modified PVA adhesive will have an optimal overall performance whose dry and wet bonding strength is 2.23MPa and 1.60MPa respectively.
