摘要
律师拒证权又称律师特权 ,是律师权利的重要构成。随着律师刑辩的飞速发展 ,为切实保障被告人的合法权利 ,保障律师执业权和律师制度的健康发展 。
Lawyers' right to refuse to give evidence is called lawyers' privilege. It is an essential part of lawyers' rights. With the rapid development of lawyers' defence in criminal cases, it is an urgent need that the lawyers' right to refuse to give evidence in criminal cases is ensured so that the defendant's legal right, and healthy development of lawyers' profession and lawyers system are guaranteed.
