摘要
目前,晚期卵巢癌患者的死亡率仍居妇科肿瘤之首,如何减少手术治疗对患者的创伤以及改善提高患者治疗后的生活质量,腹腔镜手术可能是一个较好的解决方法。但腹腔镜手术应用于卵巢癌诊治中仍有一定的争议,主要焦点在于特殊的CO2气腹环境对于卵巢癌的增殖、转移及凋亡等细胞学行为的影响尚未有明确定论。
At present,mortality of advanced ovarian cancer still,occupies the first place in gynecological malignancies. How to veduce operation on patients damage and to improve patients quality of life after the treatment？ Laparoscopic surgery is suggested to be a perfect method.Application of laparoscopy for the treatment of ovarian cancer has some disputes. The effect of carbon dioxide pneumoperitoneum environment on biological behavior including proliferation,metastasis and apoptosis of ovarian cancer remains to be defined.
