摘要
根据某型五速自动变速器具体结构,结合换挡过程中系统的动态特性,应用拉格朗日方法建立基于离合器输入扭矩的行星轮系数学模型.依据换挡时离合器充油过程,使用克服零速区域的数值模拟问题的Woods模型作为离合器结合过程扭矩传递模型.基于Matlab/Simulink软件,搭建换挡过程模型.仿真结果表明:相邻档位离合器充油重叠方式的差别直接影响车辆换挡品质,可为进一步分析离合器结合油压对矿用车辆换挡品质的影响提供合理的仿真模型.
Based on the structure and dynamic parameters in clutch engagement of 5gear automatic transmission for off-road construction vehicle,the Lagrange method deriving a mathematical model for the planetary gear sets was developed.As woods static and dynamic friction model could deal with relative speed around the zero,it was used in this clutch engagement model,which was set up in software Matlab/Simulink.Computer simulation shows that fluid passing into the clutch cavities in different way influences the shift quality directly.In addition,this high-fidelity model is properly for analyzing gear shift quality.
