非离子型烷基酚乙氧基化物的替换

摘要 非离子型烷基酚乙氧基化物(APE),通过排放到下水道或地表水,已构成环境污染,并对人体内分泌系统有不利影响。Uniqema公司推出的脂肪醇多乙氧基化物、烯烃基琥珀酸酐缩合物、EO/PO嵌段共聚物三类非离子型表面活性剂,不仅适应环境要求,且在原配方基础上使技术性能得到更一步改进,是APE的理想替代物。文章从分子链的结构、毒性指标、乳液稳定性等诸多角度进行比较论证,并推荐一组涂料配方的制备和使用。 Non-ionic alkylphenol-ethoxytate (APE) causes environmental contamination and produces unfavourable effect on endocrine system in human body through discharging into sewer or surface water. Nowadays Uniqema company recommends three non-ionic surfactants- fattyalcohol-polyethoxylate, alkenyl succinic anhydride condensate and EO/OP blocked copolymer, which are ideal substitutes for APE. The reason is the fact that they not only fit in with the needs of environment, but also make further improvement on technical property of product on the basis of original formulation. The article made comparison and argument on them by virtue of molecular chain structure, toxic index and emulsion stability etc numerous factors, and recommended a group of paint formulation for preparation and application.
